As your wedding day draws nearer, your thoughts will start to turn to the logistics for the day.
Even the most relaxed brides can start to feel the pressure in the last few months. No matter how organised you are, there is a lot to do that can’t be done any sooner.
Busy, Busy, Busy
You’re going to have dress fittings for you and your bridesmaids, suit fittings, hair and make up trials, beauty appointments. Then there’s the seating plan to finalise and order, along with submitting the seating plan to your venue with your menu choices. And don’t forget about sorting your transport and accommodation logistics, finalising flower and cake requirements, submitting the photo shot list to your photographer etc etc – I could go on but I’m sure you get the picture.
So how good would it be to have someone with years of planning experience to share that load with you?
My Wedding Day Management service frees you up to enjoy the experience and to have fun on the day. It’s perfect for those couples who have enjoyed planning their wedding but know they will need some help to make sure everything is perfect on the day.
How Does It Work?
I will meet with you a few months before your wedding (or closer if your wedding isn’t that far away). You can talk me through everything you’ve booked and your plans as well as explain to me exactly how you want the day to flow.
From that meeting I create a detailed plan of the day for you to review and agree, along with a list of the tasks that I will undertake on your behalf. This will mean your to do list is much much smaller and you can start to relax.
From here, I will take over co-ordination of the suppliers you have booked. I will also source and book any last minute suppliers that are needed. I can offer advice for any unresolved things, such as travel and accommodation logistics.
If there are things you haven’t finished, such as helping you to nail that seating plan I can also help with this. I can manage the plan with the venue and make sure your menu choices are clear for each guest.
For big weddings, with menu choices and dietary requirements, the detailed seating plan really is one of the hardest things to deal with and it’s great to have someone experienced looking after that. I want to avoid the situation where the caterers are handed a bag of RSVP cards to sort out who is eating what!! (and yes that really did happen)
On The Day of Your Wedding
On the day of your wedding, I will manage your suppliers to make sure everything runs to plan and that everything is set out exactly as you wanted it.
I will provide support to you and your family and resolve any last minute hitches. They do happen but chances are, you won’t even know about it until after the event.
Imagine how good it would feel to have someone to take control on the morning of your wedding so you can enjoy getting ready. You really don’t want to be running around setting up your seating plan and putting favours out on the tables.
Your Investment
My typical cost for this service is £800 (It can be more than this, depending on the complexity and location of your day.)
Wedding Day Management is a really popular service and people always say it’s worth every penny. It’s particularly valuable if you’re having a marquee, tipi or dry hire wedding as there are so many more suppliers to manage and so much more work.
Please get in touch if you think this service would help you, I’d love to hear from you. Drop me a line to see if I’m available for your wedding date and we can arrange to meet to talk through all the details.
Louise

Hi,
I hope you’re well. I’m looking for a wedding coordinator on Aug 12th 2023 in Rainham RM13 9PL to over see my suppliers at the wedding on the day. I’ve got my deco and venue sorted, I’m just deciding on caterers. I’m not sure what package would suit me. It’s for 190 total guests.
Many thanks,
hi Malaika, thank you for your comment, I have replied to your email with more information.
