The Benefits of Partial Wedding Planning

Many couples know that they need some level of help with their wedding planning.  But often they want to undertake some of the planning themselves which is perfectly understandable.  This is where partial wedding planning comes into its own. Benefits of Partial Wedding Planning

Partial Wedding Planning in a nutshell means that we split the planning of your wedding between us.  I do some and you do some.  Simple right?

If you’re considering this type of service, here are some of the benefits you’ll get from this.  And you can see more information on this service here.

It’s Your Choice

You choose exactly what you want to do and how much time you can spend on your planning.  There’s any number of ways we can split the ‘to do’ list.

When we first meet to discuss what hep you need, we’ll break the work down into chunks and I’ll help you to decide which pieces you want to do yourselves.  I’ll then provide you with a bespoke price to do the specific work you would like me to do.

So you can do the things you are more interested or excited about or the things which will take less time.  Or maybe there are certain items which you feel daunted by, such as finding your venue.

For example, if you are planning a marquee wedding, you might ask me to find the venue for the marquee, the marquee company and all the additional items needed to make a marquee wedding happen.  Things like generator, lighting, furniture, dance floor, catering and bar.  And then you book the remaining items like stationery, cake, flowers, transport, band and DJ.

But we can cut the list any which way you like.

It’s Flexible

A key benefit of this type of support is that you can change it as we go along.  So if we get a few months in to planning your wedding and things change, for example you need to work more hours, then you can ask for more help.

So you’re not stuck with a rigid service and you get more help exactly when you need it.  It also applies if you are struggling to find a certain supplier for example, you can bring me in to help you out with this.

Budget

Because this is a bespoke service, it’s usually easy to ensure it fits within your budget for a planner too.  If the price for you what you would like me to do is too much for your budget, we can adjust the split of work to make it fit within your budget.  (There is a minimum price applicable though of £2,000)

Your Wedding Day

Wedding Day Management is included in Partial Planning as standard.  So this means no matter how much I do in the planning stages, you will have my l support from around 6 weeks prior to your wedding day.

We’ll work together to create the detailed timeline of your day and I will take over management of all your suppliers, not just the ones I have dealt with to date.

This means you can relax and enjoy the final preparations for your big day.  And you know I will be there on your wedding day to make sure everything runs to plan and is exactly how you dreamed it would be.

I’ve Got Your Back

2020 has obviously been a shocker for weddings and the wedding industry.  All my couples have had loads of support from me this year but those who had booked me for partial wedding planning have had even more.  I’ve supported them through the challenges of moving their wedding date.  I’ve liaised with their suppliers to check availability for their new dates and been on hand whenever they needed to chat or needed advice.

So you can be confident that no matter what happens while we’re planning your wedding, I’m here for you. It really matters to me that you get all the support you need at the time you need it.  I’m always at the end of the phone (or your email or WhatsApp or whatever you prefer to use. )

So how does this sound?  If it feels like a good option for you, you can book a free, no obligation, consultation with me to chat things through.  I always love to hear about your plans and ideas for your wedding and to talk through how I can help you.  Drop me a line and let’s get your planning underway.
