Reasons to hire a wedding day coordinator
“Wedding Day Management”, “Day of Coordinator” “ Wedding Day Coordinator” – differing names but essentially the same service. I tend to use the term Wedding Day Management for my service but any is fine. 
So what is it and why would you book this service? In summary it provides you with a wedding fairy godmother to run your wedding day to ensure you can totally relax and enjoy every minute.

There are many reasons why couples choose to hire a wedding planner to manage their wedding day. Here are some of the most popular reasons:
· Many couples start to feel a bit overwhelmed as their wedding day draws nearer. So much to do, so little time left to do it. Wedding Day management allows you to hand over the reins in the run up to your wedding.
Imagine handing over the management of your suppliers for the last 6 weeks. This will enable you to focus on getting yourself ready and enjoying the lead up to your big day. Remember when you’re doing something for the first time it can be a real challenge. But I will have dealt with it many times so it’s much easier for me.
· You’re having a more complex wedding such as a marquee or dry hire venue which needs everything pulling together. This type of wedding has many more moving parts and the logistics can be challenging. Having an experienced planner to look after all this and foresee any gaps or issues with your plans can be a godsend.
· Maybe you’ve happily planned your wedding and really enjoyed it. But even the most organised couples can benefit by being able to handover the details leaving you to totally relax and actually enjoy your wedding day. A planner will also make sure that everyone is in the right place at the right time. And this doesn’t just mean your guests but your suppliers as well. If a supplier is late, I’ll be on the phone chasing them up, finding out what’s happening and putting a contingency plan into place if needed.
No one wants to think about there being issues on their wedding day. But they do happen. From broken down vehicles to power cuts to the bar running dry! I’m used to thinking on my feet and finding solutions quickly. Nine times out of ten I’ll have the problem fixed before you’re even aware of it! And if I do need to make you aware, I’ll be telling you what I’m doing about it and that you don’t need to worry.
